Getting started
Everything you already run, already lines up.
Your sheet, your shop, your counter, your members, your events, your website. Each one has a place waiting on the other side, and they join the moment your course exists. There is exactly one connection anybody has to make — and it is the one that pays you.
-
The sheet you already keep becomes bookable online and on your own website, at the prices and intervals you set. A time booked anywhere shows up everywhere, immediately.
-
Hats, balls, gloves, a bucket of range balls. Entered once, and your storefront lays itself out from what you entered — your name, your logo, your colours. Nobody designs a page.
-
Runs on a tablet you already own. The same products, the same prices, the same stock as the storefront, because it is the same thing — not an export that goes stale by Tuesday.
-
Dues, seasons, joining fees, the rate somebody keeps from the membership they already had. Their card knows them at your counter, and at every other course on the platform.
-
An event posted once takes entries, builds the draw, scores from your own card, and settles the money. The scorecard came off your website before you ever logged in.
-
Keep the site you have. Your tee times, shop and memberships appear on it, while the counter and the money run here. You are not being asked to throw away something you paid for.
-
This is the one you build, and it takes a few minutes on a phone. Card payments land in your own Stripe account, in your own name — we are never the merchant of record and we never hold your takings. Our 5% comes off that flow, so there is no invoice and nothing monthly.
Start your course Building it is the sign-up. There is nothing before it and nothing after it.
Every line above is a thing the platform does today — press one to see what travels along it. The gap is drawn as a gap because it is one: it is the only piece you build, and the only check anybody runs on you.
What signing up asks for
Three lines. No card.
There is nothing to charge, so there is no card field. Your course is built from what we can already see — your address, your logo, your colours, your scorecard where it is published, and a tee sheet sized to your holes — before you ever log in.
- 1 What your course is calledThe name golfers know it by.
- 2 Who you areYour name, so we know who we are talking to.
- 3 An email addressWhere your login goes. This is the only one we cannot do without.
The one connection
Why the bridge is yours, not ours.
Card payments land in your own Stripe account, in your own name, and settle to your own bank. We are never in the middle of it. If you ever leave, your customers, your cards and your history go with you.
It is also the only check we run on anybody. Anyone can type a course name into a form — finishing Stripe means a real business with a real tax ID and a real bank account behind it, which is a far harder thing to fake than a card charge, and costs a genuine course nothing because it is the same thing they were going to do to get paid anyway.

Before you start
The questions we actually get asked.
What does it cost?
Nothing to sign up and nothing monthly. We take 5% when a card is used, and nothing at all on cash or a check. If you have a quiet winter, you pay us almost nothing, which is the point.
What is the trial, if it is free anyway?
The trial is 30 days with everything switched on before you connect Stripe, so you can build your shop and your tee sheet and see the thing running with your own course in it before you hand over any business details.
Who holds the money?
You do. Card payments go into your own Stripe account in your own name and settle to your bank. We are never the merchant of record, we never hold your takings, and we cannot sit on a payout. That is the single most common complaint courses have about booking portals, and it is why the platform is built this way.
How long until we are actually selling?
Everything but card payments works from the moment your course exists — the sheet, the shop, the counter, cash in the drawer. Cards switch on when Stripe finishes checking you out, which is usually the same day and occasionally a few more if they ask for a document.
What if I already have a website?
Keep it. Your tee times, shop and memberships can appear on your own site through a small plugin, while the counter and the money still run here. You are not being asked to throw away a site you paid for.
Do I have to buy hardware for the register?
No. It runs on a tablet or a laptop you already own. A card reader only if you want to take chip and tap at the counter, and cash and checks cost nothing to take — they always will.
What happens if it is not for us?
You stop. There is no contract and no notice period. Your Stripe account is yours already, your customer list is yours, and nothing we hold is hostage.
Ready when you are
Build the one bridge.
The rest is already joined. If you would rather we did the whole thing with you on the phone, that is fine too — say so and we will.
