What Club Prophet does well.

Club Prophet Systems, from Oakmont, Pennsylvania, sells a tee sheet, online reservations, point of sale and inventory, food and beverage, member billing, CRM, marketing, a web store and a website builder. Its card processing, ProphetPay, is provided by Fullsteam, which owns Club Prophet. In January 2026 it split into two products: the original, renamed Signature, and a newer Club Prophet Cloud.

Where it is strong

Depth and track record. Club Prophet has said it serves well over 1,400 facilities in several countries, and handles the member billing and kitchen work that big clubs live on.^5,9

One reviewer: support is “awesome when someone is available. The wait time is too long.”⁷
An independent test of its golfer booking engine graded it B, with testers often told a tee time they clicked was no longer available.⁸

Where we fall short.

We are one of the companies on this page, so here is what we do not do, and the questions people ask.

We are a small, young company. The companies on these pages have been doing this for years, with far bigger teams.
We have no network of discount golfers to fill empty tee times the way GolfNow does.
No handicap (GHIN) integration and no dynamic pricing yet.
Our 5% + 30¢ is more per card sale than the bigger companies’ published card rates. We charge nothing a month instead, so a course with a lot of card volume can pay less overall elsewhere. The calculator shows where that line is for you.
We are built for small public courses. A private club with a full kitchen and complex member billing is better served elsewhere.

How much does Club Prophet cost?

Club Prophet does not publish its prices or card rates. Its Cloud product says pricing varies with course size and the features you need.

Who owns Club Prophet?

Fullsteam, a payments and software company, acquired Club Prophet in 2022 and provides its ProphetPay card processing.
