Tee On has been running Canadian tee sheets since 2001 and has booked more than 150 million tee times. It is one of the few vendors that sells everything as one package, which we agree with. The difference is that we print our price.

- You are a Canadian course that wants a long-established Canadian vendor.
- You want a branded app and tournament tools in the same package.
- You are switching from a contract and want their offer to pay it off.

What Tee On is
Tee On is a Canadian cloud platform covering the tee sheet, online booking, point of sale, food and beverage, member profiles, tournaments, payments, a website builder, marketing and a branded app, sold as “one transparent price… no modules to unlock”.
Where it is strong
Longevity and one package. Tee On has served Canadian golf for more than twenty years, and it sells one package rather than modules.1
What operators say
- Published operator reviews are scarce, so we have nothing fair to quote. An industry tracker describes it as a legacy platform losing share, and counted 8 of its courses moving to Lightspeed in early 2025.3
What our course data shows
- 451of 12,226 public courses booked online through Tee On
- 100of them are 9-hole courses
- 40moved off it between 2022 and 2023, 22 of them back to phone-only booking
- 39moved onto it in the same year
From the 2022–23 dataset of public golf courses in the US and Canada we work from. It shows which vendor each course used for online tee times; it is a snapshot, not a live count.
Where we fall short
- We are a small, young company. The companies on these pages have been doing this for years, with far bigger teams.
- We have no network of discount golfers to fill empty tee times the way GolfNow does.
- No handicap (GHIN) integration and no dynamic pricing yet.
- Our card fee is higher than the bigger vendors’ published rates. A course with a lot of card volume can pay less overall on a big subscription with cheaper processing. The calculator on the comparison page shows where that line is.
- We are built for small public courses. A private club with a full kitchen and complex member billing is better served elsewhere.

How much does Tee On cost?
Tee On sells one package and says there are no modules to unlock, but does not publish the price. Book a demo with them to get it.
Does the Middle Pin work in Canada?
Our payments run on Stripe, which operates in Canada. Talk to us before you switch so we can confirm the details for your province.
