Teesnap is an easy-to-learn system aimed at single public courses, much like the courses we build for. The differences are in what you can see before you sign, and in memberships.
Choose Teesnap if
- You want marketing services — social, ads, email — bundled with your software.
- You want your tee times listed on GolfNow.
- You want food-and-beverage features beyond a register.

- You want to know the price before booking a demo.
- You want memberships with autopay dues.

What Teesnap is
Teesnap, from Las Vegas, covers the tee sheet, reservations, point of sale, food and beverage, reporting, websites and payments, and sells marketing services. It lists tee times on GolfNow. TELEO Capital invested in 2021.
Where it is strong
Ease. Reviewers praise how quickly staff learn it and how smooth onboarding is, and it is aimed at the same kind of single public course we are.6
What operators say
- Capterra reviewers report slow reporting (“3-4 minutes… to bring up data from one day of sales”), kitchen ticket problems and slow hardware replacements. It has only 5 reviews there, averaging 3.6, so read them as a small sample.4
What our course data shows
- 436of 12,226 public courses booked online through Teesnap
- 98of them are 9-hole courses
- 55moved off it between 2022 and 2023, 6 of them back to phone-only booking
- 67moved onto it in the same year
From the 2022–23 dataset of public golf courses in the US and Canada we work from. It shows which vendor each course used for online tee times; it is a snapshot, not a live count.
Where we fall short
- We are a small, young company. The companies on these pages have been doing this for years, with far bigger teams.
- We have no network of discount golfers to fill empty tee times the way GolfNow does.
- No handicap (GHIN) integration and no dynamic pricing yet.
- Our card fee is higher than the bigger vendors’ published rates. A course with a lot of card volume can pay less overall on a big subscription with cheaper processing. The calculator on the comparison page shows where that line is.
- We are built for small public courses. A private club with a full kitchen and complex member billing is better served elsewhere.

Teesnap does not publish its prices or its card rate. Ask for both in writing.
Does Teesnap work with GolfNow?
Yes. Teesnap has listed tee times on GolfNow since 2023.
